Designed with sustainability in mind, SunnyBarn includes an air-source heat pump, solar panels, and energy-efficient underfloor heating, ensuring a warm and eco friendly stay.
A filtered air supply system recycles heat to provide fresh, clean and warm air into the house. Perfect for those who suffer from allergies – pollen, dust and critters are all filtered out to help make SunnyBarn an anti-allergenic home.
Rooflights and vaulted ceilings throughout provide a magical and unique experience in which to gather together.
Includes private parking for 4 or more cars. WIFI, Towels, Netflix and welcome hamper provided. No Pets. Electric Car charging available.

Comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests, SunnyBarn offers :
Bedroom 1 – King Size bed with double shower en-suite
Bedroom 2 – Emporer bed or 2 single beds
Bedroom 3 – Double Bed and loft single (for age 10+), or 4 single beds

A large patio area and lawn are complimented with seating and BBQ for enjoying al fresco summer meals, a fire pit for cosy evenings roasting marshmallows and loungers for resting up when returning from days out at the beach or the Norfolk Broads.
